Proposal to re-designate District Lot 5211, Lillooet District and Lot 13, District Lot 4279, Lillooet District, Plan 32997 from Lakefront Residential designation and Resource Area designation to Heritage Island Comprehensive Development Area designation.

On October 2, 2008 the developer explained to the Friends of Bridge Lake board of directors that he was no longer pursuing the above development application. Instead he proposed a swap of the island for a parcel of Crown land on the south shore of Bridge Lake. The original application has been withdrawn by the developer in a letter to the CRD dated November 12, 2008.
